Standard Shipping: (5-7 Business Days)

Delivery

All shipping rates will vary depending on the following: location, weight, and delivery method selected. Delivery time within the United States is 3-5 days, and 10-15 days internationally. Delivery time for orders with free shipping may take longer. Orders may be delivered in separate shipments. Orders with expedited shipping options will be shipped as quickly as possible with the shipping method selected at checkout.

All delivery times are estimates. Bhava Boutique is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, customs clearance, transportation failures or acts of nature.

In the event that we experience high volume orders for specific items, please allow additional processing time for backordered items.

Refused Packages

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost, stolen or even damage caused by the carrier delivering the product.

Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer), we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders.

Order Cancellations

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel your order. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately through our contact email.

Customs

For the majority of our orders, import fees are not collected. We strive to make sure import fees are prevented, in rare circumstances when it does happen, Bhava Boutique is not responsible for any custom charges made in the country of destination.

DAMEGED GOODS

ALTHOUGH WE MAKE SURE TO THOROUGHLY INSPECT ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS BEFORE PACKING THEM AND SENDING THEM TO THE CARRIER, WE KNOW THINGS HAPPEN! YOU MAY FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 5 DAYS OF DELIVERY BY CONTACTING US AT Bhavaboutique@gmail.com. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR FULL NAME, THE ORDER NUMBER, VISIBLE PICTURES OF THE DAMAGED PRODUCT(S) THAT YOU RECEIVED AND THE OUTSIDE SHIPPING LABEL ON THE PACKAGING. WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. IF A REPLACEMENT IS SENT TO YOU, THE PRODUCT(S) MUST BE THE SAME AS YOU INITIALLY ORDERED AND THEY ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
