FOR BEST RESULTS, use a primer or concealer base to insure my loose eyeshadow stay put. You can also use our neon poisons for nail art and face-body paint! They dry matte. For paint, damp your brush. No drips, just slightly damp. Dip your brush inside the jar and tap side to side to knock off loose pigment you don't need. then apply by blending. It will spread so effortlessly.
